YES! We are more than happy to deliver our units anywhere you want to go. We calculate our mileage from our home to your destination and only charge for one round trip.
We most certainly welcome anyone to transport the campers on their own, provided they have a vehicle that will be capable of towing the loaded weight. The campers can either be delivered to your home, or you can pick them up at ours. We do recommend at least having a half ton pick up with a hitch receiver to haul. We provide the hitch and weight distribution bars, so there is nothing to worry about there.
The only camper we will not allow self-transport for is the land yacht due to its size, weight, and Tom isn't ready to let it go off on its own yet.
We really do our best to get to the site approximately one hour prior to your arrival. We do this so that we can get any issues tended to, set up the site, and prep the camper. Everything (most of the time) will be camping ready so all you have to do is unpack and unwind.
Absolutely!! We do not discriminate against any animals. We do provide a couch cover and offer a large 4 ft tall pet pen that will keep them contained with room to play (see our add-ons at check out). It can be set up either right around the front of the camper, or separately off to the side- Wherever you feel would be best!
The only thing we ask is that you are mindful of the muddy paws or marking. While we are more than understanding of situations that cannot be avoided, we will reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee for anything above and beyond what is expected. We have 4 to 6 dogs at any given time and have taken them all camping, so we definitely know.
Quite literally, our campers are completely stocked for every rental. All linens, bedding, cookware, crockery and utensils, small daily appliances, cleaning products, assorted spices, coffee, teas, disposable paper products, bags, laundry pods and dryer sheets ARE ALL PROVIDED!!! We sanitize and clean everything in between rentals, as well as restock. Ericka is meticulous with presentation and cleanliness, so you will NEVER have to worry about what you're walking in to.
We do have a variety of add-ons for your leisure or entertainment, so please be sure to include them at check out if there's something you would be interested in.
No worries! We make sure to take the time to walk our renters through everything from locations of switches, thermostat operation, AV operation, and basic equipment operations. We will not leave until you are confident you've got it!
If ever there is an issue, we (Tom) is available 24/7 to help and will not ever make you feel like you are pestering us.

As our guests, we expect nothing more than for you to have a great time and drop us a line to let us know how your experience was. There is no need to clean up, or tear down anything (even though it is appreciated) unless the mess is above and beyond normal use, then we expect you to at least attempt to take care of it. This also goes for taking care of your trash. We ask that you be respectful of our camper and equipment. It is your home while you have it. On that line is also the expectation that you let us know if something is wrong or gets broken/ruined immediately. Some things can't be readily fixed or replaced, so the sooner we know, the better it will be for everyone and that includes our future guests.
